Description

Short description

The module allows to fully manage orders that have created by customers. You can modify these order data: a set of products, a set of payment transactions, and a set of vouchers, delivery, addresses, and order’s state. You can also delete and filtering orders.

The benefits for merchants

In PrestaShop 1.4 is not possible to fully edit orders, after it has been created by a customer. Therefore, this module is very useful for store managers who accompany customers' orders.

Installation

The module has a normal installation (one click to install) and it is not need to configure. After installation the tool is placed in the «Orders->Orders Editor» tab of the menu.

Recommendations

The module is supports PrestaShop 1.4 only (1.4.1.0 - 1.4.11.1). PrestaShop 1.4.11.1 (the last of 1.4) is recommended version.

Other

The module does not allow creating a new order from the back-office (by a manager), but in the "Files" tab there is a free script that will allow you to do this - create an order from the back-office based on the existing customer cart (see the instructions in the archive for installing the script; after installing it, a new tab will appear in the backoffice).
