GDPR Compliance – EU Cookies Law Banner is a free PrestaShop module designed to help store owners meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It provides the infrastructure for displaying privacy policy notices, managing customer data rights, logging data access and modifications, and handling data deletion requests — all from the back office.

• Displays a fully responsive GDPR and Privacy Policy notification popup on the front office, with customizable content, button and text colors, background color and opacity, four predefined positions (top, bottom, left, right), and sortable content order
• Grants customers the rights required under GDPR: access to and download of personal data, modification of subscription status, notification of data changes and account logins with IP, location, and browser details, and the ability to submit or withdraw data deletion requests
• Logs all data modifications and account access events, accessible to both customers from their account area and administrators from the module back office
• Supports granular data deletion controls: store owners can allow customers to delete all stored data or specific data types (account information, addresses, orders, contact messages, subscriptions, and logs), with an optional approval workflow for deletion requests
• Requires customers to accept the Privacy Policy at registration, with GDPR notices configurable per customer group and displayed in a sortable order
