[DEPRECATED] PrestaShop Starter Theme

The PrestaShop Starter Theme is a minimal base theme designed to help developers build custom PrestaShop themes from scratch. Rather than stripping down an existing full-featured theme, it provides only the essential scaffolding — a set of templates, a configuration file, and a lean development asset pipeline — so developers can work without fighting inherited styles or unnecessary complexity. Note: this project has been officially deprecated and is no longer maintained by the PrestaShop core team. Theme development work should now be directed to the Classic theme in the main PrestaShop repository.

• Minimal template set covering catalog, checkout, CMS, customer, and error pages
• Development assets managed via npm with webpack, supporting watch, development, and production build modes

This starter theme was aimed at PrestaShop theme designers and developers who needed a clean, uncluttered foundation for building bespoke themes without overriding layers of default styles. Given its deprecated status, it is not suitable for new projects and is listed here for archival reference only. Developers starting a new theme are advised to use the Classic theme as their baseline instead.
