The DPD France Shipping Module adds DPD carrier options to PrestaShop stores operating in France, letting customers choose from multiple DPD delivery services at checkout. Developed by DPD France S.A.S., this is an official integration intended exclusively for merchants who hold an active DPD customer contract. Note that this module is no longer actively maintained.
- Adds multiple DPD delivery services to the checkout flow: home delivery with Predict (scheduled appointment), relay point delivery via DPD Relais (over 5,000 pickup locations), workplace delivery with DPD Classic, and international shipping with DPD Classic Europe & Intercontinental
- During the order process, customers see a description of their selected DPD service or can choose a relay pickup point
- Back-office tools for order export, automated label printing, shipment creation, and dispatch of track & trace links to customers
- Mass order status updates for processed shipments
This module is designed for French PrestaShop merchants who ship with DPD and want to streamline their shipping operations. Prerequisites include an active DPD France customer contract with contract numbers provided by a DPD sales representative, and the PHP SOAP extension must be enabled on the server.
