Change Order Index

Change Order Index modifies how PrestaShop generates order reference numbers. By default, PrestaShop uses a random alphanumeric string as the order reference. This module overrides the Order class to replace that format with a numeric reference derived from the order's ID, making order numbers sequential and easier to manage.

Key features include:

• Replaces the default random alphanumeric order reference with a numeric ID-based format
• Optional prefix and separator support (e.g. PFX-20256)
• Override is disabled by default after installation — activate it when ready in the module settings
• Installable via the back-office Module Manager or via the PrestaShop console command
