Login as customer

Login as Customer allows store administrators to log into any customer account directly from the back-office, without needing to know the customer's password. This is especially useful for troubleshooting order issues, reproducing errors a customer is experiencing, or providing hands-on support without asking the customer to share sensitive credentials.

• Log in as any customer and see the storefront exactly as they see it, without requiring their password
• Super Admins can control which employee groups (profiles) are permitted to use this feature
