LabsMobile SMS connects your PrestaShop store to the LabsMobile platform, enabling automated and manual SMS communications with customers and administrators. It covers the full customer lifecycle — from order confirmation through status updates, abandoned cart reminders, birthday greetings, and return process alerts — all delivered via SMS.

• Automatic notifications: order status changes, abandoned cart reminders with optional discounts, new order confirmations, birthday greetings with optional discounts, return process confirmations, and admin alerts for new accounts, orders, and return requests
• Manual and mass sending: send SMS to selected customers from the database, import recipients from a CSV or Excel file, send to segmented customer groups, schedule messages for a specific date and time, and support for Unicode SMS with emojis, accents, and symbols
• Account and credit management: check account status and credit balance, top up credits by card or bank transfer, configure automatic credit reloads, manage billing data, and download invoices directly from the module
• Reporting and history: view message history with per-message status, statistics and reports by date, sender, or message, and link shortening with click tracking
