PrestaShop – Mastercard Gateway

The Mastercard Gateway module integrates Mastercard's payment processing infrastructure into your PrestaShop checkout, enabling you to accept a range of payment methods without handling sensitive card or account data yourself. Payment details are processed and stored on Mastercard's PCI DSS Level 1 certified servers, reducing your store's compliance burden while maintaining security for customers.

• Multiple payment methods: Accepts credit and debit card payments from major card brands. In addition, Google Pay, PayPal, and KNET are supported on the Hosted Checkout flow, provided the relevant options are configured on your Merchant Identification Number (MID).
• Hosted Checkout integration: Customers enter their payment details on a secure, Mastercard-hosted checkout page, keeping sensitive information off your server entirely.
• Address Verification Service (AVS): An optional fraud-prevention check that compares the billing address submitted at checkout against the cardholder's bank records, helping confirm that the payer is the legitimate cardholder. Must be activated on your MID to use.
• Capture and void controls: Manually capture payments for authorized orders, or void transactions before invoicing to cancel reserved funds — giving you direct control over payment lifecycle management from within PrestaShop.

This module is suited for PrestaShop merchants who want to offer Mastercard-processed payments — including card, Google Pay, PayPal, and KNET — through a hosted, PCI-compliant checkout without building or maintaining payment infrastructure themselves. An active Mastercard Gateway merchant account and the associated API credentials are required to use this module.
