Prestools is a comprehensive mass-editing toolkit for PrestaShop store administrators. Rather than operating as a traditional back-office module, it runs as a standalone web application installed in a subdirectory of your admin folder, which allows it to perform bulk operations at high speed without the overhead of the PrestaShop back office. The suite has been actively developed since 2012 and is one of the most downloaded tools on the PrestaShop community forum.

• Product mass editing across more than 50 fields — update prices, descriptions, categories, and more for hundreds of products simultaneously, with a flexible CSV export tool and visual category sorting
• Combination and attribute management — edit, copy, and delete product attribute combinations in bulk, assign images to combinations, and review attribute/feature usage across the catalog
• Order management tools — add or remove products from orders, adjust prices, and search orders by carrier, payment type, status, and more, with CSV export support
• Store maintenance utilities — image regeneration for product selections, orphaned image cleanup, integrity checks to find and fix database or file corruption, and a shop rescue tool to disable overrides and non-core modules when a back-office login becomes impossible
• EU VAT reporting — generate a quick overview of sales volumes and VAT collected per EU country, plus module and override listing tools

Prestools is aimed at store administrators and developers managing large PrestaShop catalogs who need to make bulk changes efficiently. Additional paid plugins are available from the Prestools website for features such as special prices, supplier management, multishop support, and translation. Note: Prestools does not support stock movement registration, so it should not be used for quantity changes on shops that rely on that feature.
