Bank wire

The Bank Wire Payment module enables PrestaShop store owners to accept payments via bank wire transfer. It was part of the official PrestaShop module ecosystem for an earlier major version of the platform, giving customers the option to pay by manually transferring funds to the merchant's bank account rather than using an online payment gateway.

This module has reached end-of-life and is no longer actively maintained by PrestaShop. It has been officially superseded by ps_wirepayment, the current actively maintained replacement that delivers the same bank wire transfer payment functionality for modern versions of PrestaShop.

Store owners running a current PrestaShop installation should not use this module. It is preserved here for historical reference only. Merchants needing bank wire transfer payment functionality should use ps_wirepayment instead.
