This module integrates the Tidio live chat widget into your PrestaShop store without requiring any manual file edits. Once installed, the widget loads automatically on your storefront, letting you communicate with visitors in real time through your existing Tidio account.
- Delayed widget load: Configure a delay (in seconds) before the chat widget initialises, so it does not compete with critical page resources on initial load
- Auto language detection: The widget automatically detects the visitor's language, provided the corresponding language is configured in your Tidio account
- Page exclusions: Specify pages where the widget should not appear — for example, the checkout page — using the page names found under Shop Parameters > SEO & URLs in the back office
